Completed in 2015, the building includes 125 luxury condominiums above retail space and is known for its slender profile, efficient 16-foot square floorplates, and lateral stability system, which relies on outrigger trusses connecting the concrete core to exterior columns. Wind tunnel testing helped verify the structural design, while energy-conscious features such as high-performance glass curtain walls, dedicated trash chutes, and low-VOC paints supported the project’s long-term performance. FNA’s excavation and deep foundation design work supported the tower’s delivery from below grade upward.
989 6th Ave - 100 W 37th Street
The proposed 68-story residential tower at 100 West 37th Street is planned to rise to 743 feet and include about 300 units, retail space, and two cellar levels. Designed by C3D, the project also includes more than 384,000 square feet of space and a multi-story podium that aligns with the adjacent Haier Building. FNA provided excavation services in support of the project.
130 Williams
130 Williams is a 66-story, 800-foot residential tower with 242 units ranging from one-bedroom homes to four-bedroom penthouses. Designed by Hill West Architects, the project is located between William, Fulton, and Gold Streets and includes vault and caisson work by FNA. The tower’s construction is nearing completion, with residents beginning to move into the finished building.
