FNA provided essential field personnel as per DOB requirements for special inspections of temporary support of excavation (SOE) during the redevelopment of the Eagle Electric Factory at 43-22 Queens Street. The development includes 790 rental apartments, averaging 763 square feet each, spread across a total residential area of 712,750 square feet. Standing at 598 feet tall, the tower's distinctive design features a striking concrete wall on its western side, contrasting boldly with the predominantly glass exterior. This landmark project helps redefine the skyline of Queens with its impressive scale and architectural contrast.
