Project Overview

Mott Haven Charter School is a seven-story facility designed by Perkins Eastman, serving as a modern hub for learning with thoughtfully engineered spaces and state-of-the-art infrastructure that supports student success. FNA’s technical contributions included New York City Transit (NYCT) and Metro-North Railroad (MNRR) consulting, deep foundation design, excavation with sheeting, shoring and bracing, special inspection capability, Con Edison vault coordination, shop drawings, expediting, and hands-on project management. These integrated services supported design excellence, strong regulatory coordination, enhanced site safety, constructability, and reliable long-term performance for a durable, code-compliant educational facility.
