FNA’s expertise was pivotal in developing the Eventi Hotel, crafting a temporary support of excavation system and providing shop drawings, engineering designs, and calculations. Located on the fringe of Manhattan’s bustling Chelsea neighborhood, this Perkins Eastman-designed tower boasts luxury rental apartments, a 290-key hotel, restaurants, and entertainment spaces. With innovative architecture maximizing views of the Hudson and East Rivers, the building offers separate entrances for residents, hotel guests, and visitors, making it a standout destination in the city.
