Biography
Hossam Mahrous is a senior project manager with 20+ years of experience overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion – across the Tri-State Area and internationally. His practice covers full project lifecycle management, including scheduling, resource coordination, contractor and subcontractor management, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Mahrous has managed complex construction initiatives across New York, New Jersey, and major international markets in the UAE and Egypt.
With graduate-level training in both project management and architectural engineering, Mr. Mahrous brings structured oversight and cross-disciplinary coordination to every project phase – ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and delivery standards under demanding site conditions
