Located at 810 Fulton Street in Fort Greene, the project by RXR Realty involves transforming the site into a 12-story mixed-use building spanning 328,047 square feet. It includes ground-floor retail spanning 32,358 square feet and rental apartments above, with 20% designated as below-market-rate units.
