FNA’s support of excavation system played a vital role in the ongoing transformation of Park Avenue South. The expansion transformed the building from nine to 18 stories, and the building’s height increased to 233 feet, adding 27,000 square feet for a total of 114,558 square feet. With 40 condos spanning 105,000 square feet, averaging 2,640 square feet each, the development promises spacious luxury living. Apartments begin on the second floor, with various layouts offered throughout the building, including duplexes and single-floor pads.
