FNA contributed engineering design services for an alternate drilled pile system in the completion of Greenpoint Landing. The building offers 379,803 square feet of space, with 292,029 square feet allocated for residential use and 992 square feet for commercial purposes. With 408 units averaging 715 square feet each, the tower primarily serves as rental residences. Additionally, it provides 136 enclosed parking spaces and is equipped with 10,000 square feet of indoor amenities.
