Project Description
FNA provided essential TA consulting services and conducted special inspections for the Margaritaville Resort New York project at 560 Seventh Avenue in Times Square. This 29-story, 375-foot-tall tower offers 234 guest rooms with island-inspired interiors. The resort promises a beach-themed design, a year-round outdoor swimming pool, and upscale amenities for guests to enjoy amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Times Square.
