Tres Puentes

FNA played a critical role in the Tres Puentes project by designing the temporary support of excavation and conducting special inspections throughout its development phases. Located in Mott Haven, South Bronx, the project encompasses two new developments: 2550 Third Avenue, a 12-story building with 118 units and community-oriented retail spaces, and 275 East 138th Street, an eight-story building with 56 units and a senior center on the ground floor. The entire complex, named Tres Puentes after nearby bridges, provides 321 income-restricted units spanning 314,550 square feet.
