FNA played a crucial role in the Baccarat Residences project, designing a temporary support of excavation system and conducting special inspections. This luxury residential building boasts sixty condominiums above the iconic Baccarat Hotel. The building features a unique exterior façade and residents enjoy premium amenities such as access to their restaurant and Grand Salon & Bar. Additionally, a 10,000 sq ft wellness center with a La Mer spa and 55-foot pool grace the property.
