FNA played a crucial role in the development of 502 Waverly by designing the temporary support of excavation and conducting special inspections. This ensured the project’s structural integrity and safety during its phases, from topping out to façade installation. Located at 500 Waverly Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, this seven-story mixed-use building features 48 condominium units ranging from studios to four-bedrooms, with amenities such as retail spaces, a fitness center, landscaped terraces, and underground parking.
