FNA played a crucial role in the development of One Manhattan Square’s Pathmark project, providing design for a temporary support of excavation system and conducting special inspections. One Manhattan Square stands as an 80-story, 847-foot modern glass tower condominium along the Lower East Side waterfront, offering stunning panoramic views of the East River and skyline. Residents enjoy luxurious amenities spanning four floors, including a spa, swimming pool, basketball court, movie theater, wine tasting room, and various indoor and outdoor recreational spaces.
