Pace University – 33 Beekman

FNA provided a temporary Support of Excavation system and designed deep foundation system (Caisson). The structure stands 34 stories and 340 feet tall – making it the tallest dorm building in the world. 33 Beekman is home for Pace University students located in lower Manhattan, the building measures 340 feet fall and has 172,000 square feet of space.
