City Point

FNA provided support for excavation and excavation services for the  City Point project at 138 Willoughby Street, which at the time became the tallest tower in Downtown Brooklyn. Interior renderings reveal a sophisticated design, blending “Brooklyn industrial chic” with a “refined mid-century aesthetic” inspired by iconic American designs of the 1950s. Craftsmanship and fine details are emphasized throughout, providing a modernist vernacular that embraces and reinterprets the past.
