Project Description

FNA played a crucial role in the development of 33 Bond Street, a 25-story mixed-use building situated at 300 Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn. FNA provided expert services in designing temporary support of excavation and conducting special inspections. Developed by TF Cornerstone and designed by Handel Architects, the building features 714 residences and 55,000 square feet of retail space across its ground and cellar levels. This project offers affordable housing options through NYC Housing Connect, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms catering to residents at 40 to 120 percent of the area median income. Amenities include an elevated park with BBQ grills and dining pavilions, landscaped by Mathews Nielsen Landscape Architects, alongside a club lounge, screening room, children’s playroom, event space, bicycle storage, parking garage, and an on-site pet grooming service.
