FNA’s role was pivotal in the construction of 131-141 East 47th Street, where they designed a temporary support of the excavation system and provided special inspections. This 34-story residential skyscraper in Midtown East stands 500 feet tall and offers 191 condominium units alongside 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project boasts a reinforced concrete superstructure and promises breathtaking views of the Midtown skyline and the East River for residents. Located between Lexington and Third Avenues, the building enjoys easy access to various subway lines and Grand Central Terminal.
